Blagoe Delo began during the COVID‑19 pandemic, when many families in our community faced food shortages and financial hardship. Together with my cousin Azim, we started by distributing meat to our neighbors and relatives during Kurban Bayram, a traditional time of sharing.

Over time, we realized how many people needed support and decided to organize our efforts more effectively. We created an Instagram group to coordinate donations and deliveries, which soon grew into a community‑driven platform helping dozens of families.

Although I’m not as active in daily operations today, I continue to support Blagoe Delo by promoting campaigns, reposting stories, and helping raise funds to sustain our small but meaningful impact.

• Developed a prototype customer sign‑in system inspired by airline/airport portals.
• Used Python (Flask) and SQLite for authentication and session management.
• Learned core backend & data‑management principles for aviation IT systems.

Projects: Silk Road Tourism Center (Samarkand), Al Bukhari Mosque Project, Uzbekistan GTL (Gas‑to‑Liquids).

Coordinated sourcing, purchasing, and logistics; negotiated with suppliers; ensured deliveries met standards and timelines across multiple large‑scale projects.

Handled procurement from furniture & lighting to mechanical equipment, industrial valves, and piping systems.

Built schedules and reports in Excel/Word/PowerPoint; presented progress updates to management.

Evaluated financial trends, project performance, and customer behavior using SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, seaborn), and Excel.

Analyzed cash‑flow cycles, supplier terms, and visitor spending to identify savings and improve efficiency. Built monthly performance decks in PowerPoint.
